Ticketing is limited and MUST be purchased online to guarantee admission to the event. Due to our capacity, we are limiting ticket sales BY DAY & TIME to ensure every guest gets plenty of time to enjoy the festival. I agree to adhere to the above-listed requirements for a safe apple festival. NOTE: Stay tuned on Facebook for up-to-the-minute plans. The event is an outdoor event and therefore held weather permitting. NO cash refunds.
There are risks and dangers associated with participating in the activities upon this property which could result in bodily injury.
You assume all risks associated with entering and remaining upon the property or participating in any of the activities. Adults who come with minor children assume full responsibility for the supervision, health and safety of such minor children while they are upon the property or participating in any of the activities.
You release Browns Harvest Farm, HF Brown, Inc. and its employees and volunteers from all claims, suits, and demands for damages as a result of any bodily injury sustained by your minor child or you while upon the property. You shall indemnify, defend and hold Browns Harvest, HF Brown, Inc., and its employees and volunteers harmless from all claims, suits, and demands for damages as a result of any bodily injury sustained by any minor child who comes with you, including but not limited to bodily injury caused in whole or part by the negligence of Browns Harvest Farm, HF Brown, Inc. and/or its employees and volunteers. If you do not agree with all of the above terms and conditions, you and the minor children with you are not authorized to enter or remain upon this property or participate in any of the activities.
